This page covers the Lite update flow and the best way to get help when something goes wrong.

Updating the Plugin

1. In WordPress, go to Dashboard -> Updates or Plugins.
2. If an update is available, click Update now.
3. Refresh the site and check a page that uses a calculator

Manual Reinstall or Manual Update

If you need to reinstall Lite manually:

1. Download the current Lite ZIP or plugin package from your distribution source
2. In wp-admin, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin
3. Upload the ZIP
4. Confirm replacement if WordPress prompts for it
5. Re-test your calculators on the frontend

After Updating

After any update:

• Clear cache
• Test at least one block embed
• Test at least one shortcode embed
• Check mobile and desktop if the calculator is on an important landing page

If an Update Does Not Appear

Try these quick checks:

• Refresh Dashboard -> Updates
• Clear server and site cache
• Confirm your site can make normal outbound update requests
